Bio

Mateas Pares studied graphic design and commercial arts at Beckmans College of Design and Bergh’s inStockholm, and has been awarded Cannes Grand Prix, Epica d’Or, and other notable awards for hiswork. Since 2012 Pares works fulltime with his art. Since 2020 he also runs and curates the exhibitionproject StudyForArtPlatform in Stockholm, as well as working as a freelance curator. Pares’ workshave been featured at Gallery Golsa (NO), Gallery Steinsland Berliner (SWE), and National Gallery(BiH), among others, and can be seen in private collections around the world.
